SMC can provide a Foundry Cost Study to help foundry
management determine actual costs based on present operations.
Typically done as part of a Feasibility Study, a
Foundry Cost Study will allow
important decisions to be made about the foundry's future;
ranging from capital improvements and facility additions to
complete manufacturing relocations.
A complete Foundry Cost Study includes written documentation
(i.e. a written report, spreadsheets and drawings) and will
consist of the following major sections:

SUMMARY
PRODUCTION STATISTICS
HISTORICAL DATA
PRESENT LABOR DISTRIBUTION
PRESENT OPERATING COSTS
RECOMMENDATIONS
When combined with a
Feasibility Study the
